Christian. My framework is rooted in faith — but it isn't a sermon, and it isn't counseling. It's coaching for what God put in you to do.
Do I need to be in ministry to work with you?
No. I coach pastors, but most of my clients aren't. If you're carrying weight as a leader — at home, at work, anywhere — we can work together.
How long is a coaching engagement?
It varies. Most people start with a focused 3-month engagement; some stay longer. We'll talk about what makes sense for your season on the free vision call.
What does it cost?
